We use this great tool to arrange playtime at the various locations! Click the video below left to learn the basics.

Suggested Etiquette for Deerwood Auditorium & Playtime Scheduler:

1. Only sign up for one session per day. 
2. You can add yourself to a full session (6 players at Deerwood) on a waiting list (2 players) for that session.
3. If a full session loses a player, you will receive an email if you are on the waiting list.
4. Make sure to check your email for updates.
5. If you anticipate missing a scheduled playtime, please remove yourself ASAP to allow others to fill the session.
